We've stayed at the Westin O'Hare several times and it has always been delightful. Our most recent stay was no different.
As with the overwhelming majority of Westins, the service is excellent - from check-in to bell service, room service and restaurant attendants, to check-out. Because we were traveling with a trunk full of luggage to accommodate our relocation, I had to relent and ask for assistance. The bellman came with the cart, unloaded the trunk, and delivered the bags inside our room before we arrived. Surprisingly, he did not wait around for a tip, which I thought showed a great deal of class. (Of course, I sought him out later...)
This Westin has a complimentary business center, on-site restaurant and bar (which are very good), and a Starbucks stand. It also has a gift/sundry shop, which is convenient when something is forgotten or runs out, or if you simply must have that I "heart" Chicago T-shirt.
Heavenly Beds and Heavenly Showers are aptly named and do not disappoint. The size necessary to accommodate the conference center means long walks to the front desk, the business center, and the parking lot. That minor negative aside, I highly recommend the Westin at O'Hare Airport.
