As others and I have said before, U.S. air travelers have to band together and tell Congress that the U.S. airline industry needs MORE regulation, not less.
On Friday, USAToday published an editorial asserting that flyers' rights have hit some severe turbulence, and that air travelers need to tell our elected officials loud and clear that the industry needs more controls, not fewer, to protect the rights of the traveling public.
If we do not, we'll get exactly what we deserve in terms of greater abuses and diminished services.
Read the editorial. Then, if you agree, contact your Senators and Representative today.
