Freddie Awards, through which travelers vote
for their favorite airlines and hotels.
Airlines and hotels are each
represented in five separate categories including Program of the Year, Best
Promotion, Best Redemption Ability, Best Customer Service and Best Elite
Program. A sixth category, Best Loyalty Credit Card, covers both airlines and
hotels.
One winning airline and one winning hotel chain will be selected for each category in three regions: the Americas, Middle East/Asia/Oceania, and Europe/Africa.
The winners of the 2014 Freddie Awards will be announced at an awards ceremony the evening of April 24 at The Museum of Flight located on Boeing Field (BFI) in Seattle, the city where TheTravelPro is based. Watch this blog for a post on the winners shortly thereafter!
