Six small-group departures Sept. 15-Dec. 1
Award-winning tour operator Odysseys Unlimited has announced a new offering for 2016: New Zealand Adventure.
New Zealand Adventure tours will introduce guests to both of the country's major, breathtaking islands and many of their unique features including fjords, glaciers, farmland, enchanted forests, delectable food and award-winning wines.

In addition to viewing the country’s stunning natural beauty, central to the New Zealand travel experience is the Maori culture and its spirit of manaakitanga, or hospitality. In Rotorua, Odysseys Unlimited guests experience manaakitanga as they feast at a traditional Maori hangi, an earthen oven employed in a centuries-old cooking method used to feed a crowd and bring a community together.
Among the myriad small group experiences is an Auckland Harbour cruise, private wine tastings at two premier vineyards, a sampling of one of the world’s great train journeys with an excursion aboard the TranzAlpine, a guided walk through the Glacial Valley at Franz Josef during a two-night stay, a catamaran cruise on Doubtful Sound and a guided tour of the acclaimed Te Papa national museum.
